The stress of separation tends to land on our clients all at once. There’s the money, the kids, the house, the lawyers – and somewhere in the middle of all that, the person still has to make good decisions. That's where Sallyanne Hartnell comes in.
Sallyanne runs Reflect Coaching, and she describes herself as a "divorce wing-woman", which is a far better job title than anything we've come up with. She's a certified life coach who works in what she calls "the messy middle of separation and divorce", helping people ease the overwhelm, make empowered decisions, protect their kids from the fallout and work out what life looks like afterwards.
She works one-on-one, runs a self-paced course called UNRAVEL for people still deciding whether to stay or go, has a group program for women, and offers UNCOUPLING for couples who want a kinder, more collaborative divorce. She has also been named Family Law Peacemaker of the Year (while we're still waiting on our nomination for Tidiest Spreadsheet)
What makes her different is that she's been through it herself. In her words, she's a "happily divorced single mum" who separated from "an incredibly successful, financially astute husband" with kindness and compassion on both sides. So when she tells a client it's possible to come out the other side on good terms, she's speaking from experience.
If your clients are facing separation, or still trying to work out whether they are, we recommend getting to know Sallyanne. Links below to find out more.
